Step 2: Leave it to Us

Over the next four weeks, we will take care of everything. During this time, our staff will add stabilizers and clarifying ingredients to your wine. After two weeks of fermentation, the wine is siphoned into a glass carboy. During the final stage, your wine will be filtered by our state of the art equipment to guarantee a high quality finished product.

Proceed to Step 3: "Bottle and Enjoy"
